We were absolutely in love with our condo. We loved the beautiful views from the wrap around deck, watching the dolphins and sea turtles every day. The condo was very spacious for our family of 11 and very well stocked for all of our cooking needs! The wait for the elevator was lengthy at times but not horrible. We will definitely return!

My vacation rental was very nice but I wouldn't recommend renting again BC maintenance tried to charge my card for 150.00 talking bout tar was on the walls and floor which was a lie they Was trying to scam

I do want to clarify that Book That Condo attempted to charge your card $100 for the black tar substance left in the condo after your stay. I do have 3 photos that I would be more than happy to share with you. We absolutely understand that accidents happen and messes are made, but it is our duty to the condo owner to assure we are protecting their investment. I can assure you that we would never scam nor charge a guest for anything unrelated to their stay. Please contact us directly should you want to discuss this further and see photos of the damage.

Beautiful condo on the beach, but cleaning was not up to par. The floors must of still been dirty from the previous stay and there was sand in two of the queen beds. Also the patio furniture needs updating. It was torn up to where we had no desire to even sit on it. Other then this the staff was friendly and we had a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay - we did a friend vacation with two other couples and kids. The condo was great - liked the location and Tidewater. The condo needs some upgrades though. The patio furniture was all ripped/torn, and the outside light was broken. The knives were very dull (and we had lots of limes to cut!). The vents were dirty one of the bedroom's sheets were dirty. One of the bathroom drains was clogged and we had to buy drano to unclog it. The beach was SUPER crowded in this area and fairly sparse otherwise - we have stayed at Seabreeze and Aqua and like the size better there, BUT the 28th floor view is THE BEST! Overall, we all had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much.

It was a great time however, the quite time from 10pm to 10am I don't agree with and the elevators are very SLOW. need to get more

This condo was great. We had 7 people in our party and it was very comfortable for all of us. The wait time for elevators was a bit bothersome but I still would not change a thing about being on the 28th floor. We spent long periods of time looking down at the ocean at all the marine life. I would love to go back and stay in this rental again.

Our condo was amazing! We were able to bring my whole family and provide them with their own rooms to stay in. The kitchen was fully stalked with everything you need to prepare and cook our meals. The view from the balcony was amazing. I will be coming back to stay and would recommend they stay here.

Great for large families

Overall, the condo was nicely furnished and comfortable, but there were a few issues:

1) Bunkroom- we pushed the trundle bed all the way in and discovered a pile of toenail clippings under the bed...

2) The barstools are completely destroyed. They need to be replaced.

3) There is a loose railing on the balcony, still attached but rattled loudly during the storms/wind we had.

4)The closet doors in the double & queen bedrooms do not shut properly and were constantly caught up in the tracks.

On the bright side, we have five children ranging from 10 to 16 years old, and the condo's layout was perfect for us. It gave the older kids their privacy and was very soundproof. I loved that it had a large enough dining table so that we could have our family meals just like at home.

First of all, the view from the 28th floor is amazing! Too bad the balcony furniture was in need of replacement. It looked as if it went through the hurricane, ripped, mangled and some pieces unusable. Couldn't sell this furniture at a garage sale. Should not of been in the unit. We were told the owner was aware, but it was never replaced during the month stay. Another disappointing factor was the bar stools. Cheap, bonded leather that was peeling away, also should of been replaced. Out of 7 barstools, 4 were usable. The other three went into the bunkroom that was not being used. The grout in the tile areas of the condo also needed cleaning. Made the floors look filthy. Book That Condo responded to this and after a week, the tile in the kitchen and hallway were steamed cleaned. We had A/C issues and they were also addressed in a timely manner. None of the TV's are smart TV's, so if you have a Netflix account, bring your iPad. For our inconvenience, we were given a mid-month free cleaning. The staff that we were in contact with at Book That Condo were very responsive and understanding of our criticism of the unit. Jim, the Operations Manager, was sent out at least three or four times, and Michelle, the General Manager, was the person that gave us the free cleaning. I believe the bar stool issues and balcony furniture will be replaced for the weekly rentals in the future; it was just disappointing that they were not replaced for us. The unit is spacious, and very accommodating for three couples. We actually split this unit with my parents and their best friends. My husband and I had it for the first part of the month, then my parents and their friends finished the last part of the month with a 3-night overlap. Overall, good experience. This could be a five star rating with just a little more attention to details. This place has lots of room for multiple people and the problems that we encountered only slightly distracted from our experience.
