Secure Booking Experience

BTC was wonderful. Condo not so much.

by Cindy 2021-09-10

3/5

I actually give BTC a 5 and the condo a 1, so gave overall experience a 3. Book That Condo was pleasant to work with. They were professional and friendly. We had to reach out to them several times during our stay and each time, the staff was attentive and met our expectations. Loved the no contact, easy check in and check out. Would definitely use them again. However, This was hands down the worse condo I’ve ever stayed in while vacationing in PCB. The owner should be ashamed and not allowed to rent this condo until they do some major repairs. These condos have beautifully designed floor plans with floor to ceiling glass walls in the dining/living room as well as the bedrooms to give breathtaking views of the beach/ocean. You will only have half of a view in this condo as one half of the living room area glass walls are completely ruined (I’m assuming by water) so that you can’t see anything through them bc the glass is completely coated, looking like a deep fog. It was so bad that we left the curtains closed on that side. We could not use the sliding patio doors leading out to the balcony bc it was so hard to open and close. Luckily, there are doors in each bedroom to get to balcony. Although, one of the bedroom doors had to be slammed to get it to shut. “Book That Condo” did put a new door knob on for us and fixed that issue. The sliding doors allowed rain to flood the dining/living room area so badly that we had to use every towel we had to soak it up. The rain also came into the bedroom doors causing the carpet to be soaked. BTC brought us fresh towels so we wouldn’t have to keep washing. We saw mold/mildew also in the condo which I’m sure is due to all the moisture. The couch and love seat were so dirty that we covered them with sheets just to sit on them. Microwave has big cracks and the stove handle was broken. They had used white duct tape to hold it on. The whole condo looked and felt dirty through no fault of the cleaning crew. There were carpet tacks sticking up in guest bedroom which one of the guest kept stepping on. Ouch! I could go on and on…

Great location! Elevator was fast, the pools and jacuzzis were very nice. Book that condo has excellent customer service. Condo does need some upgrades but everything worked fine and it was clean. The tubs are very high to step in so it might be a little difficult for an elderly person or a child to step into the tub.

Spacious condo with excellent views. We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean in a good location. Some things could stand to be updated but would still totally recommend!

Great place, location and view

by Lindsay 2024-05-08

We loved our stay, it was exactly what we wanted and the pictures and everything listed on the website was just as it stated. Views were spectacular and we would love to come back. One small thing, the sliding glass door on one side has an issue and the couch is getting old. Nothing that would stop us from coming back though. Thank you

Beautiful Stay

by Steve 2023-08-27

Our stay was beautiful. Long Beach Resort is one of if not the cleanest, most well-kept, and most peaceful locations in PCB. peaceful. Our rental was clean, well prepared, had a well-stocked kitchen, a welcoming beach presence. The panoramic balcony view is exactly what you want. The 13th floor and placement off the strip kept sound limited to the small gulf waves. As a couple with a child, it was nice having the split bedroom concept for additional privacy. The only desire. The master-bed is an old king bed, with immediate dips on each side. There's minor areas that are very clean both dated such as countertops. To be fair, it's the end of the rental season and the price was the best price within Long Beach Resort. We would stay here again, but recommend a new master bed.

Firls trip

by Sherri 2023-04-24

We really enjoyed our stay. All the staff that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. We were not happy that 3 of the glass panes overlooking the beach were foggy and needed to be replaced. That blocked our view. Overall we had a great experience.

Enjoyed the condo very much Would consider booking again if the door/ sliders in living room was replaced. So you could see ou

by Bradley 2023-02-27

Could use new mattresses. Definitely need to replace sliding doors so you can see out and enjoy the view.

Great stay

by Betty 2022-09-23

The room was great!Loved that both bedrooms had an ocean view with an entrance to the balcony. Decorated very beachy and nice. Clean and well kept. The washer and dryer came in handy but a little outdated and slow. Also the dish washer needs to be secured into place, seemed like the top wasnt secured into the counter. Other than that the location and the room itself was perfect!!! Will book again!
