Absolutely amazing location and beautiful beach views. This spacious Townhouse is located on the highly sough-after west end of Panama City Beach. The Shores Townhouses are just minutes away from 30A, Rosemary Beach and Alys beach. It's a short bike ride over to 30a shopping, dining and all 30a has to offer. Carillon Beach and Lake Powell is a just a walk down the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful beach front townhouse has three levels all with a view of the beach. The ground floor features a garage, laundry room, and a door out to a boardwalk that leads to the pool and the beach. The Second floor has the living area with sleeper sofa, dining area, kitchen, and full bath, a bedroom with two queen beds, a walk in closet and a large deck off the living area overlooking the beach with steps down to the boardwalk. The third floor has the master bedroom and full bath as well as its own private balcony overlooking the gulf. There is a bonus room off the master bedroom with two single beds, great for the little ones. This lovely townhome will accommodate up to 10 guests.
