This beautifully updated condo features a comfortable King bedroom, a Twin bunk area perfect for kids, and a Sleeper Sofa in the living room, allowing up to 5 guests to stay comfortably. The open living area is filled with natural light and showcases stunning Gulf-front views through large sliding glass doors leading to the furnished *private balcony.

*Please Note- Balcony access at this property is unavailable due to a scheduled renovation project. Rates have been adjusted for this period to reflect the unavailable amenity.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for preparing meals during your stay, along with a dining area perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. **A Pack-N-Play (not a crib) and/or Portable Booster Chair can be placed within your property as long as advised at least 48-hours prior to arrival and based on payment of a rental fee (Pack-N-Play $20.00, Booster Chair- $15.00).
