Book That Condo is a new trend in property management, embracing the 21st-century demands of Vacation Rentals. We specialize in premium beach-front accommodations for vacationers, short-term rentals, and group stays. The cool thing about us is… it’s not actually about us. Book That Condo is committed to giving our customers exactly what they deserve, a personal experience coupled with quality and ethical service for each of our clients. For our owners, that translates into an inexpensive but effective way to market and rent each individual property. For our renters, we focus on simplicity offering multiple options while maintaining a high level of customer service.

A native to Panama City, Florida, Michelle has more than 20 years in the hospitality industry, with nearly 15 of those at Book That Condo. Her role covers everything from Accounting to Operations, including business strategies for growth. She has a Shih Tzu named Gizmer (the office mascot) and 2 rabbits, Black Beauty and Mustache Mags. Originally coming from an accounting background, Michelle found her passion in hospitality and has thrived ever since. She spends her free time indulging in crafts, shopping, interior design, and exploring local springs and lakes in Panama City or nearby areas.

A loyal Kansas native and devoted KC Chiefs fan, Dawn moved to Panama City Beach in 2011 to enjoy the world’s most beautiful beaches. With over 30 years of hospitality experience, she joined Book That Condo in early 2023 and takes pride in treating each owner as if they were the only one. She loves every minute of her role in this dynamic industry. In her free time, Dawn cherishes moments with her three beautiful grandbabies.

Born and raised in Jamaica, Charmaine is a self-motivated, hardworking, and dependable member of Book That Condo. She has served as the Laundry Manager and Housekeeping Supervisor for 14 years, marking her entire career in the hospitality industry. A proud mother of two adorable sons, she loves going to the movies with them in her free time. When in Panama City Beach, Charmaine’s favorite pastime is shopping at Pier Park.

Born in Morgan City, Louisiana, Celeste has dedicated 35 years to the hospitality industry since starting at the age of 15. She is currently the Reservations Manager for Book That Condo, a position she has held for the past three years. Married to her best friend and most amazing man, Celeste cherishes her wonderful daughter, amazing stepson, and the most adorable and spunky granddaughter. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, is an avid crafter, and enjoys trying new restaurants and hanging out at Pier Park in Panama City Beach.

Born in Cocoa Beach, Florida, Ciarra has been a reservations agent at Book That Condo for about two years, marking her start in the hospitality industry after transitioning from retail management. She enjoys reading, making jewelry, and playing video games in her free time. In Panama City Beach, her favorite pastime is dining at a beachfront restaurant at sunset.

Maintenance Manager

Josh is an experienced Technician who never shies away from a challenge. Whether it’s fixing a leaky pipe or troubleshooting electrical issues, he approaches each task with a keen eye for detail and a calm demeanor. A self-described “problem-solver at heart,” Josh values both organization and adaptability in his day-to-day work. In his spare time, he enjoys tinkering with cars and learning new repair skills to stay on top of his trade.

He’s been honing his hands-on expertise for years, quickly diagnosing issues and ensuring each property remains in top shape. Outside of work, Cole loves spending his free time fishing, believing there’s no better way to recharge than a peaceful afternoon by the water. His commitment and calm demeanor make him an invaluable part of the team.

Born in Panama City, Florida, Cindy has dedicated seven years to the hospitality industry, nearly all of them at Book That Condo, where she serves as an inspector. She is a proud mother of three children and also has a pet. Previously working in painting, Cindy found her passion in hospitality and has excelled in her current role. In her free time, she enjoys fishing, reading, and shopping at Pier Park in Panama City Beach.

She prides herself on attention to detail, believing that crisp linens create a welcoming atmosphere. Outside of work, Mercedes enjoys exploring new music and trying local coffee spots. Her commitment to quality and warm disposition make her a valuable member of the team.
